The main barriers to using the “youth practice” mechanism as a tool to combat youth unemployment

Youth is one of the vulnerable groups in labor market Kazakhstan. Low professional training, lack necessary knowledge and skills, unwillingness many employers to hire workers without work experience high qualifications are main barriers youth employment. Kazakhstan implementing a number government measures involve young people educational activities. One such tool internships, which allow recent graduates gain easily enter after graduation. This article provides an assessment constraints problems state project "youth practice" based on analysis secondary data results online survey. In addition, foreign tools promote employment considered recommendations presented. The author came conclusion that practical effect projects support remains insufficient requires active involvement services employers, as well raising awareness opportunities provided by state. study applied nature can be used agencies developing strategies population.
