Tajikistan is a landlocked country in the Central Asia republics of former Soviet Union. prone to many natural disasters. Most commonly Tajikistan, mudflows occur South and North parts country. The 2015 Barsem mudflow caused significant damage entire village, territory Western Pamir Gorno-Badakhshan Autonomous Region (GBAO), Tajikistan; fortunately, no human casualties. total volume debris flow about 4.9 million m3. Typically, precipitation above 15-20mm per day arid areas causes mudflow. Accumulated water during intensive melting glacier snowfields was saturated with by moraine sediment blocking its paths (which served as dam for lake that formed). Several studies indicate triggers excess pore pressure or liquefaction soil; consequently, sudden high shear resistance losses eventually generate [5][6]. Although landslides annually, after mudflow, it becomes clear intensity frequency new events are increasing. Consequently, author strongly believes establishing implementing an early warning system can be essential.
