چکیده
Chronic subtalar instability is a disabling complication after acute ankle sprains. Currently, the literature describing anatomy of intrinsic ligaments limited and equivocal which causes difficulties in diagnosis treatment instability. The purpose this study to assess anatomical characteristics clarify some points confusion. In 16 cadaveric feet, dimensions locations were assessed measured. CT-scans before dissection indication footprints with radio-opaque paint allowed generate 3D models footprint characteristics. cervical ligament (CL) had similar as lateral ligaments: anterior length 13.9 ± 1.5 mm, posterior 18.5 2.9 talar width 13.6 2.2 calcaneal 15.8 3.7 mm. capsular (ACaL) interosseous talocalcaneal (ITCL) found be smaller structures consistent locations. This identified clarifies local situation. joint suggest more important role CL ACaL stability joint. results are relevant improve diagnostic tools offer guidelines when reconstructing injured ligaments.

The presence and location of estrogen and progesterone receptors in the human pelvic cardinal ligaments
Pelvic organ prolapse and urinary stress incontinence are major problems affecting quality of life in a vast number of women. The etiology is most probably multifactorial, with a major contribution of muscular denervation during vaginal delivery, genetic factors, and the aging process. 1-4 The higher prevalence of pelvic organ prolapse and urine incontinence in the postmenopausal period suggest...
متن کاملSubtalar instability: imaging features of subtalar ligaments on 3D isotropic ankle MRI
BACKGROUND MRI analysis of subtalar ligaments in the tarsal sinus has not been well performed. We retrospectively investigated the appearance of subtalar ligaments using 3D isotropic MRI and compared imaging findings of subtalar ligaments between patients with subtalar instability (STI) and controls. METHODS Preoperative MRIs of 23 STI patients treated with arthroscopic subtalar reconstructio...
متن کاملSubtalar Dislocation: Long-Term Follow-Up and CT-Morphology
Introduction: Although rare, subtalar dislocations are severe injuries with long-term alterations such as clinical dysfunction or painful posttraumatic arthritis. The objective of this study was to investigate long-term morphological changes of subtalar dislocations and to correlate them to clinical function. Based on the conclusions, suggestions for therapy guidelines were made in order to imp...
متن کاملA Facility Location Problem with Tchebychev Distance in the Presence of a Probabilistic Line Barrier
This paper considers the Tchebychev distance for a facility location problem with a probabilistic line barrier in the plane. In particular, we develop a mixed-integer nonlinear programming (MINLP) model for this problem that minimizes the total Tchebychev distance between a new facility and the existing facilities. A numerical example is solved to show the validity of the developed model. Becau...
متن کاملA Multi-Period 1-Center Location Problem in the Presence of a Probabilistic Line Barrier
This paper investigates a multi-period rectilinear distance 1-center location problem considering a line-shaped barrier, in which the starting point of the barrier follows the uniform distribution function. In addition, the existing points are sensitive to demands and locations. The purpose of the presented model is to minimize the maximum barrier distance from the new facility to the existing ...
