The purpose of this study is to determine or analyze the effect service delivery and information quality on patient satisfaction at Reksodiwiryo Hospital, Padang City. In using a quantitative approach research method. population in were people who had visited City Hospital. Sampling used William G. Cochran formula, was based fact that samples could not be identified, by formula sample 96 patients obtained. sampling technique simple random sampling. Data collected questionnaires distributed respondents with measurements Likert scale. study, all data obtained will analyzed multiple linear regression.
