This study aims to analyze the effect of new HRM practices (NHRM), Orgazational Innovation and Learning Organizational Culture on Organisasi Performance. used a quantitative method using questionnaire as means collecting data from 279 respondents with various work backgrounds. Based results analysis, it is known that significance values for influence X1, X2 X3 Y are 0.000 <0.05 calculated F value 295.179 > table 2.640 so can be concluded human resource management variable, organizational innovation, learning culture significantly simultaneously affect innovation performance an organization. The limitations this only examines several variables in Of course there still many number people. Questionnaires sometimes do not show actual opinions respondents, happens because differences thoughts, assumptions understanding each respondent. research focuses application concepts, backgrounds positions aspect becomes novelty research.
