THE INFLUENCE OF COMPENSATION, MOTIVATION, WORK ENVIRONMENT, AND WORK DISCIPLINE ON JOB SATISFACTION

چکیده

This study aims to understand the effect of compensation, motivation, work environment and discipline on job satisfaction in home personal care companies. The method used this research is survey research. population all working people. samples were 78 respondents. data analysis statistical descriptive respondents' answers. Statistical methods can be selected adapted objectives. Calculations using SPSS program version 25.00 with coefficient determination hypothesis testing (t test).
 results t test show that compensation variable has no satisfaction. Motivational variables affect Work influences
