The background of this research problem is the regarding teacher performance in YBKSP Bakti Mulya 400 environment, researchers found there were problems around performance. These include that are still teachers who low carrying out their responsibilities as educators, some do not properly prepare administration and learning tools such syllabus, lesson plans, worksheets, media from beginning semester, need for academic improvement coaching continuously by principal through supervision. Based on these findings, authors view have been maximized can be seen implementation supervision, because they guidance preparing programs This study aims to analyze describe effect supervision at Pondok Indah elementary school, South Jakarta. formulation whether an Researchers chose Indah, Jakarta location optimal. method used ex post facto quantitative with a total sample 72 teachers. Data collection was carried using questionnaire technique. Hypotheses formulated tested regression analysis IBM SPSS Statistics 26. results showed had strong evidenced knowing correlation coefficient 0.554 or 55.4%. Partially, has positive significant proves better out, Elementary School, Academic plays role improving quality teaching, fostering growth teaching profession, providing facilities support smooth learning, knowledge, skills.
