Introduction. Stuttering is a speech disorder and its etiology an interplay of genetic environmental factors. Despite the absence definite understanding, there are numerous available treatments for stuttering. For some adult patients, contemporary concept includes psychotherapist involvement concomitant with therapist. Case report. A 24-year-old girl, who monozygotic twin, has been stuttering from early childhood, while her twin sister never exhibited disorder. Since role factors was evident (father stuttered too), focus this report on physical psychological development (slow development), as well family psychodynamics (divorce parents in adolescent period criticizing father forstuttering). The patient, members, denied significance symptoms, which could also explain treatment. Conclusion.
