The implementation of polycaprolactone (PCL) as an eco-friendly material in toy design development

Due to a substantial impact of hazardous materials in toy design, numerous companies have opted for an eco-friendly by promoting legacy innovation rather than waste and degradation. Furthermore, one the most significant polymers being recognised as safe material is Polycaprolactone (PCL). However, Malaysia, study Malaysian parent’s level awareness buying toys, their behaviour purchasing managing toys at home, well preferences play type children, not widely discussed. Thus, forty (40) parents participated online survey conducted research team. The result found that has low lack skills needed handling broken or unused selected criteria be considered when toy. set semi working design was successfully developed using PCL proposal potential future development production. It hoped outcome this will contribute inspire designers account developing toys.
