The Impact of Job Satisfaction on Organizational Commitment Among Generation Y Healthcare Employees

Objective: This study reported on the knowledge factors impacting job satisfaction and organizational commitment in healthcare sector. It critically examined relationship between among Generational Y workers. Methods: The involved 236 professionals working a private group Istanbul, primary method of data collection was questionnaire composed three sections. first section recorded concerning participants’ demographic information. second third sections aimed to assess participant’s by applying Minnesota Job Satisfaction scale Organizational Commitment developed Meyer Allen. In analysis evaluations, frequency tables, central prevalence criteria, Pearson's correlation test simple linear regression were employed analysed SPSS 20 statistical package program. Results: Of workers, 49.4% participants expressed that they have been organization for 1 5 years. Among those workers who belonged generation Y, significant positive found (r = 0.719, p 0.000). Conclusion: Our results demonstrated their Generation identified, it observed pecuniary moral support received employees increased perception satisfaction, whereas economic security rewards associated with employment strengthened commitment. discussed human resources practices will strengthen
