The impact of human, social, and psychological capital on academic spin-off internationalization

چکیده
Abstract Academic spin-offs (ASOs) are companies with a strong international vocation for two main reasons: first, they market their products and services in global niches to profit from high investment R&D, characteristic of the sectors which ASOs operate; second, as consequence training experience networks that founding academic entrepreneurs these tend enjoy, derived scientific activity. Despite this natural tendency internationalize, specifically present certain difficulties accessing resources internationalization achieving credibility foreign markets due university origins. Based on resource-based view (RBV), network theory (NT), work proposes human capital, social psychological capital entrepreneur could compensate obstacles, providing key companies.
