The impact of human, social, and psychological capital on academic spin-off internationalization

Abstract Academic spin-offs (ASOs) are companies with a strong international vocation for two main reasons: first, they market their products and services in global niches to profit from high investment R&D, characteristic of the sectors which ASOs operate; second, as consequence training experience networks that founding academic entrepreneurs these tend enjoy, derived scientific activity.
