The Impact of Curriculum Leadership of College English Teachers on Student Engagement in Flipped Classroom Model

چکیده

The deep integration of information technology and subject teaching is an innovative driving force for promoting the high-quality development education building educational power. As a key influencing factor student engagement, teachers' curriculum leadership plays important role in improving effectiveness flipped classroom. study, based on four dimensional (i.e. behavioral, agentic, cognitive, emotional) conceptualization explores impact English teacher engagement classroom model. findings study are as follows: (1) Under model, generally at moderate level, their resource evaluation & reflection needs to be improved. (2) Students had good overall performance terms emotional engagements, but agentic still needed strengthened. (3) There significant positive correlation between engagement. Based these results, article puts forward suggestions students' from such aspects special improvement activities, co-constructed digital resources teachers students, multi-channel reflection, aiming effectively exerting leadership, thereby enhancing classrooms.
