The paper deals with the study of processes obtaining polymer composites by chemo-mechanical activation technology (CMA-technology). methods research and testing composite materials based on polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) carbon fibers are analyzed generalized. influence CMA structure properties PTFE was determined.
