چکیده

Abstract This report summarizes the activities and achievements of Eurasian Dry Grassland Group (EDGG) from July 2019 to December 2020. During this period, Covid-19 allowed only one live event, 14th EDGG Field Workshop alpine vegetation Switzerland, organised ad hoc as a replacement for cancelled in Ukrainian steppes. The Conference Spain found partial “Talk Grasslands!”, series online talks during winter 2020/2021. EDGG’s own diamond open access periodical, Palaearctic Grasslands , is novel combination scientific journal, photo magazine member newsletter. With five issues reporting time it contributed much attractiveness. edited four Special Features international journals ( Tuexenia Hacquetia Flora ) 13 chapters on grasslands shrublands biogeographic realm Encyclopedia world’s biomes . vegetation-plot database GrassPlot with multi-scale multi-taxon diversity data other habitats now integrated into website Diversity Explorer.
