Abstract: Using the method of retarded potentials, approximate formulae are obtained that describe electromagnetic field outside relativistic uniform system in form a charged sphere rotating at constant speed. For near, middle and far zones, corresponding expressions found for scalar vector as well electric magnetic fields. Then, these assessed correspondence to Laplace equations potentials One purposes is test truth assumption potential depend neither on value angular velocity rotation nor direction point where measured. However, calculations show fields increase observation gets closer sphere’s equator surface, compared with case stationary sphere. In this case, additions proportional square radius inversely speed light.
