چکیده
This study investigated the effects of a new strontium-doped bioactive glass and fluoride on hydroxyapatite crystallization. We designed an in vitro experiment with calcium phosphate (CaCl2·2H2O + K2HPO4 buffer solution) different concentrations (1 mg/mL or 5 mg/mL), (0 ppm, 1 ppm ppm). Tris-buffered saline served as negative control. After incubation at 37 ? for 48 h, shape organization crystals were examined by transmission electron microscopy (TEM) diffraction. Structure was assessed powder X-ray diffraction (P-XRD) unit cell parameters calculated. Characterization performed Raman spectroscopy Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FTIR). TEM selected-area revealed that precipitates all experimental groups crystalline apatite. There interaction between strontium crystal thickness (p = 0.008). P-XRD indicated formation strontium-substituted-fluorohydroxyapatite strontium-substituted-hydroxyapatite both fluoride. Expansion contraction influenced spectra showed strong band 960 cm?1 displayed no obvious shift. FTIR results confirmed The this suggest have synergistic Strontium-doped crystallization producing enhanced bioactivity reduced solubility which could be beneficial caries management.

Effects of strontium-doped bioactive glass on the differentiation of cultured osteogenic cells.
There is accumulating evidence that strontium-containing biomaterials have positive effects on bone tissue repair. We investigated the in vitro effect of a new Sr-doped bioactive glass manufactured by the sol-gel method on osteoblast viability and differentiation. Osteoblasts isolated from foetal mouse calvaria were cultured in the presence of bioactive glass particles; particles were undoped (...
