The Effects of Organizational Justice on Employee Performance Using Dimension of Organizational Citizenship Behavior as Mediation

One of the important factors that can affect employee performance (EP) is employee’s perception organizational justice (OJ) in workplace and willingness to carry out primary role (in role) optimally tasks outside job (extra-role), commonly called citizenship behavior (OCB). OCB divided into two dimensions: at individual level (OCBI) (OCBO). In educational organizations, teachers a strategic matter, so it needs be concern for school management if schools want continue survive develop era globalization characterized by changes dynamic competitive environment. from said form teacher gratitude because has supported welfare lot, appreciates contributions teachers, feels practiced school. The respondents study were 820 full-time high vocational spread across several regions East Java Province Central Province, Indonesia, who taken using convenient sampling techniques. This aims analyze: (1) effect OJ on OCBI OCBO; (2) direct effects indirect EP with OCBO as mediation. Data analysis used structural equation model (SEM) Sobel test. results hypothesis testing show that: significantly improve OCBI; (3) was found have significant positive EP; (4) (5) (6) partially mediates influence (7) EP. this explain essential aspects behaviour workplace, such OJ, OCB, EP, particular focus Indonesia. showed improving achieved through practices work environment well efforts employees, considering employees play an performance.
