The effects of Aurora Kinase inhibition on thyroid cancer growth and sensitivity to MAPK-directed therapies

Background: Advanced papillary thyroid cancer (PTC) and anaplastic (ATC) are the leading causes of endocrine death. Mutations in MAP kinase (MAPK) pathway common PTC ATC.
