The Effectiveness of Core Muscle Training on Skill and Balance for Snooker Players

Background: Snooker is a kind of cue sport in which skill plays an important role. To reach professional level, snooker players must acquire many physical and mental skills. Strengthening the core muscles, provide foundation for successful limb function sports such as snooker, can be achieved by performing Pilates exercises. Objectives: The purpose this study was to investigate effectiveness muscle training on balance players. Methods: In study, 30 male were divided into (n = 15) control groups randomization. group performed mat exercises three sessions per week consisting minutes addition one hour routine session six weeks. one-hour at same time period. assess players' skills, line-up test used measure break score, foul number calculate number. Players' evaluated stork test. All tests pre post 6 weeks exercise between within- comparisons. Results: Line-up scores significantly increased (P < 0.05) compared with group. However, there no significant difference numbers after Six Conclusions: improves ability scores.
