PPH is most common cause of maternal death, contributing to approximately 35% death all over the world. WHO (2017) recommended that tranexamic acid should be considered as a standard comprehensive treatment package and must used in cases regardless PPH. To evaluate effectiveness safety intravenous Tranexamic (TA) for reduction postpartum blood loss after vaginal delivery LSCS record any adverse effects following its administration. This study was conducted randomized, double blind, placebo controlled trial on females at high risk delivered vaginally or via our Institute. All participants were randomly categorized into two groups group (tranexamic acid) control group. The compared with respect efficacy (amount incidence PPH) (vitals side effects).
