The Effect of Mast Cells Stimulated by Toll-Like Receptors on Keratinocytes

چکیده
Abstract The mast cells, as located in the skin’s dermal layer, are important innate immune cells that mediate inflammation a defense response against outer pathogens. Mast activated by receptors such Toll-like receptrs (TLRs) and interact with variety of including keratinocytes. This study confirmed effect TLRs-stimulated on migration keratinocytes residing epidermis. HaCaT human keratinocyte cell line, was treated concentrated conditioned medium (CM) HMC-1, line. After that, migratory capacity via scratch transwell assays. In addition, we tried to confirm whether TLRs activations affect these effects migration. Thus same experiments were carried out using CM HMC-1 obtained under various stimulation agonist. As result, HMG-1 promoted ability assay assay. Those further increased when exposed stimulation. work supported grant National Research Foundation Korea (NRF) funded Government (MSIT) (NRF-2021R1A2C1012551).

Expression of surface and intracellular Toll-like receptors by mature mast cells
Nowadays, more and more data indicate that mast cells play an important role in host defense against pathogens. That is why it is essential to understand the expression of Toll-like receptors (TLRs) by mast cells, because these molecules play particularly significant role in initiation host defense against microorganisms as they recognize both wide range of microbial pathogen-associated molecul...
متن کاملO-34: Cell Membrane Toll like Receptors Expression in Follicular Cells of Women with Endometriosis
Background: Endometriosis is the growth of endometrial cells outside the uterine cavity. It has been suggested that immune system plays important roles in both initiation and progression of the disease. Several studies have been shown that women with endometriosis diverge in their expression of different genes including heat-shock proteins, fibronectin, and neutrophil elastase, which might be i...
