THE EFFECT OF MANUFACTURING INDUSTRY IMPORTS AND EXPORTS AND HUMAN CAPITAL ON TURKISH MANUFACTURING INDUSTRY: 2000-2014 PERIOD

چکیده
Türkiye Cumhuriyeti kurulduğundan beri imalat sanayinin geliştirilmesi için sürekli olarak aktif ekonomi politikaları uygulanmıştır. GSYİH içerisinde %20’lik payı olan bu sektörün incelenmesi ve politika önerilerinde bulunulması oldukça önemlidir. Bu doğrultuda yapılan çalışmada, ithalat ihracat ile beşerî sermayenin sanayi üzerindeki etkilerinin amaçlanmış, kapsamda Cobb-Douglas üretim fonksiyonu hesaplanmıştır. İki farklı model kurulan analiz kapsamında Driscoll-Kraay Standart Hatalı Sabit Etkiler Modeli tahmin edilmiştir. Her iki modelde de emek malı ithalatının mal ithalatı içerisindeki negatif bulunmuştur. Sermaye, sermaye ihracatının ihracatı ise pozitif belirlenmiştir.
