The Effect of Copper Doses on Some Morphological Characteristics of Coriander (Coriandrum sativum L.) Plant

This study was carried out to investigate the effect of different copper (Cu) concentrations on some plant growth parameters in coriander (Coriandrum sativum L.). The perfomed at Agricultural Biotechnology room, Faculty Agriculture, Siirt University (Turkey). In study, Mardin province population used as material. Five doses Cu (0, 100, 200, 300, and 400 ppm) were applied plants. Plant height (cm), stem diameter (mm), number branches per plant, umbel seeds main umbel, fresh, dry weights (g) determined. According results, all except found be significant. current height, diameter, branches, fresh weight ranged between 41.31-52.79 cm, 1.57-2.18 mm, 3.07-5.71 2.57-4.86 13.36-37.86 2.33-4.12 g 0.239-0.550 g, respectively. it concluded that can included phytoremediation programs Cu-contaminated areas.
