The Effect of Breastfeeding Education Provided to Pregnant Women Who Expect Twins on Their Breastfeeding Intention

Objective: The study was conducted to determine the effect of breastfeeding education provided pregnant women expecting twins on their intention. 
 Materials and Methods: research a single group pre-test-post-test design in Antenatal Education Class training hospital between August-December 2017.The sample consisted 38 20 34 weeks gestation who came hospital's outpatient clinics agreed participate study. In study, data were collected using "Descriptive Information Form,” "Information Form Breastfeeding Twin Babies," "Breastfeeding Intent Scale for Expecting Pregnant Women." evaluated with SPSS program, percentages, averages, paired Student’s t-test. Results: mean age 29.84 years (SD =5.63), week 26.87(SD=4.81). total score obtained by from scale 22.84±4.46 before 29.68±3.09 after education, difference them statistically highly significant.
