The Early-Term Adverse Effects in Healthcare Personnel after CoronaVac Vaccination

Objectives: Among the various Covidien-19 vaccine, Sinovac vaccination program in Turkey is carried out by coronavac vaccine developed Chinese firms. Our aim was to determine early side effects of CoronaVac Turkish healthcare professionals. 
 Materials and methods: Volunteer personnel vaccinated with were evaluated four weeks after first dose. Demographic, clinical characteristics, post-vaccination recorded. Statistical analysis performed SPSS 15.0 software.
 Results: The study conducted 516 volunteers. mean age 34.53 ± 7.80 years, majority participants (58.1%) women. most common occupational nursing (34.8%) smoking rate 27.1%. Approximately one third (31%) had a previous COVID-19 infection antibody positivity (27.9%). determined be arm pain (55.8%) followed headache (24.8%), fatigue (18.6%) joint (7.8%). On day vaccination, diagnosis reported person. Four (0.8%) stated that they took break from their daily routine due syncope person COVID-19. Conclusion: In this study, no life-threatening period CoronaVac. our Arm soreness, Headache, Fatigue Joint pain. We argue it important use multi-layered evidence-based strategies raise frequency address concerns ownership relation vaccine. order minimize widespread information pollution hostility associated professionals should lead strongly support programs.
