The development of Kansei-based mining model for robust service design

چکیده
This study proposes a model which shows the importance of Kansei Engineering (KE) methodology in supporting design robust services. The KE is enhanced by Kansei-based mining process, SERVQUAL, and Kano categorization order to conceptualize service development. Due complexity contextual based, words as emotion representative are usually formed fuzzy abstract terms. It may lead ambiguous unclear meaning. Mapping structuring more needed. Hence, through system, historical data includes customer feedbacks critical. incorporating process followed expected contribution captures organized captured product experience proposed discussed.
