چکیده
Introduction . Bleomycin is a cytotoxic antibiotic that used as sclerosing agent for sclerotherapy of vascular anomalies. characterized by complications: nausea, vomiting, fever, the development allergies/anaphylaxis, skin discoloration (hyperpigmentation), damage to lung tissue. Aim To study frequency hyperpigmentation after administration bleomycin malformations with slow flow characteristics. present our own clinical observation venous malformation bleomycin. Materials and methods A systematic review was conducted in foreign (PubMed, Web Of Science, Google Scholar, Scirus) domestic databases (eLibrary) period from 2012 2022. As result selection, 17 full-text articles remained suitable their inclusion analysis. Results In first part review, 12 were analyzed, describing observations “flaggelate” chemotherapy various neoplasms. second an analysis 4 intralesional into 19 patients carried out. Discussion. The occurrence specific anomalies characteristics rare complication. out, there no clear connection between excess dosage. Conclusion prevent appearance hyperpigmentation, it necessary avoid excessive traumatization on time immediately sclerotherapy, including ECG electrodes; oxygenation during provision anesthesia; insolation within 24–48 hours sclerotherapy.

Bleomycin is a chemotherapeutic agent used in the treatment of different tumours. It has several side effects, including flagellate hyperpigmentation, which is a unique and a well-documented side effect of bleomycin therapy. We report a case of a 23-year-old woman with a personal history of ovarian dysgerminoma, who developed flagellate hyperpigmentation on trunk after bleomycin therapy.

BACKGROUND Flagellate hyperpigmentation is a well-documented complication of systemic bleomycin sulfate therapy when using doses of 100 U or more as an antineoplastic agent. Two cases occurred after using systemic doses from 15 to 30 U injected intravenously or intrapleurally; however, it has not been described as a complication following intralesional treatment of verruca plantaris. OBSERVAT...
