The Determinants of Organizational Commitment with Job Satisfaction as an Intervening Variable

This research aims to analyze the determinants of organizational commitment with job satisfaction as an intervening variable. The population in this study consisted employees Class III Airport Operator Unit Merauke Papua region, totaling 139 employees, using purposive sampling technique. was conducted a quantitative and qualitative approach, SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) statistical tool. results show that work stress has negative significant effect on employee satisfaction, while motivation does not have satisfaction. Work positive commitment. Employee through variable motivation. at region.
