Mountain Flood Control Reservoir (MFC Reservoir) is used to reduce the flood level in mountainous area and protect settlements downstream. The special feature of this MFC fast filling during 1-2 days, short storage time at maximum speed falling water level. Simulation operation was carried out on software Midas GTS NX. Two rockfill dam models were developed: with core screen. fluctuation taken as transformed from 1% 10% probability. change MCF creates transient seepage condition flood. During rising Reservoir, upstream slope stability gradually increases because hydrostatic pressure. After begins fall rate 0.7 m/hour, decreases. or screen location significantly affects slope. simulation showed that more stable. Due high hydraulic conductivity, prism berm dampens pore pressure
