The Concept of Integrated Coastal Management for Eco-Tourism Development at Dalegan Beach, Gresik Regency, East Java, Indonesia

Abstract Indonesia has enormous potential in the maritime sector, specifically tourism sector. Tourism is developing several regions. There one of destinations Gresik Regency, that Dalegan Beach. Beach located Village, Panceng District which an area 6.39 km 2 . about 2.3 ha and a beach length 180 meters. eco-tourism because sloping topography, calm waves white sand. However, to develop as have obstacles. are lack infrastructure support tourist attractions, unclear collaboration between village community local government, poor management so development not optimal. This study aims improve eco-tourism, involved all stakeholders include governments, communities, regional consultative bodies universities. The Analythic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method applied on this order obtaining integrated sustainable formula based priority scale. five factors used for criteria analysis process, those environmental, economic, social, infrastructure, legal. Furthermore, Expert Choice software process inputs gained from stake holders. result indicates alternative must be carried out namely human resource empowerment 0.336 or (33.6%), then with value 0.256 (25.6%), further marketing 0.238 (23.8%) finally industrial 0.170 (17.0%).
