The Balanced Scorecard is a work result measurement method that used by companies to improve executive performance so the knows more about extent of movement and development has been achieved. provides with elements they move from an “always finance” paradigm new model in which results become starting point for reviewing, questioning, learning strategic management. functions include; as tool determine wheter company’s vision mission have achieved; measure competitive advantage; guide running business; key indicator company; analysis system enterprise learning. four perspective, namely: 1) A financial can explain achieving plays role realizing increase company wealth. 2) customer needs first market segment target customers. 3) Internal business process displays critical processes enable units provide value position able attract retain customers desired segmen. 4) Learning growth infrastructure achievement three previous perspective produce long-term improvement. be not only management large companies, but also small mid-sized companies. Small use limited number indicators, most important make sound rational managerial decisions.
