The Awareness of Intellectual Property Rights (IPRs) Regimes on Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) of Agricultural Products Processing at Malang Area, East Java Province, Indonesia

The IPRs are dealing with the ethics of trading activities. Thus, it can affect sustainability business objective this study was to identify awareness and knowledge regimes on SMEs agricultural products processing. survey method conducted that related processing products, like fruit vegetable chips, potato tubers beverages, herbs, meatballs, fried chicken, dodol, others at Malang City, East Java, Indonesia. qualitative applied for collected data analysis. results showed employed around one four people specifications were processed foods (77 %), beverages (5 medicinal herbal (14 %).
