Methods 16S rRNA sequence libraries were used compare microbial profiles persons with healthy controls (HC). Source Tracker NetShift identify bacteria responsible for ectopic colonization indicate driver function bacteria. Results α-diversity was significantly decreased (all p < 0.05).
