The Application of Jigsaw Tasks by Using Scrambled Sentences in Teaching Reading Descriptive Text

This study aims to know the implementation of Jigsaw Tasks by using Scrambled Sentences in teaching reading descriptive text and its strengths weaknesses. is qualitative research. The data are collected observation interviews. Meanwhile, analysis uses three steps: reduction data, display verification. results show that jigsaw tasks scrambled sentences, students pay attention listen explanation teacher during teaching-learning process. They rearrange jumble sentences card based on pictures adhering flannel board. advantages it could increase student’s vocabulary mastery, task technique with scramble motivate understand make focus material given. Besides, active, enthusiastic, enjoy learning read disadvantages noise. Hence, his method recommended for all teachers use future research conduct same but different fields.
