Cocoa pod rot (PBK) is the main disease that attacks cocoa pods caused by P. palmivora. Fruit causes loss of yield. palmivora pathogen not a good and stable control method. One strategy can be used for to develop superior clones tolerant Breeding program obtain utilizing genetic resources derived from potential cultivated through detached pot test. The study aimed using research was conducted at Phytopathology Laboratory Department Plant Pests Diseases, Faculty Agriculture, Andalas University. tested consisted 6 clones, e.g., Sca 12, TSH 858, ICS 60, GC 7, K 60. were collected plantation owned PT. Host Sari Lubuk Basuk-Agam Regency. observed variables related were; incubation period, growth cacao fruit spot area, color beans. results showed 858 60 had an period 3 DAI, while 2 DAI. clone grew 10.82 cm2.day 1, K. in respectively; 11.42, 12.95, 13.24 13.58 cm2.day-1. has as attack test on fruit.
