The analysis of pathological features of gastritis and Helicobacter pylori infection

[Objective] To explore the correlation between helicobacter pylori infection and several pathological features of gastritis, provide evidence for analysis diagnosis in associated gastritis. [Methods] We collected 180 patients with gastritis admitted to Seventh Affiliated Hospital Sun Yat-sen University from 2021 2022, make a retrospective their status H. PCR technology. Then we further detected resistant results clarithromycin fluoroquinolone positive group. Chi-Squared Test were used analyzed relationship [Results] Erosion or ulcers pylori-positive group significantly higher than those pylori-negative (P<0.05). Meanwhile, tended have more severe activity inflammation biopsy specimen. However, there was no significant difference resistance erosion, ulcers, active inflammation. [Conclusion] Helicobacter is correlated such as activity, but could not predict antibiotic resistance. The experiment screening drug still has important clinical significance.
