The aim of the study was to examine needs and problems Thai vendors in employing English their workplace regarding training, subsequently create an training course enhance professional skills. subject present were 160 selling food drinks, clothes, accessories, souvenirs, other things at Indochina Market, Thailand. data collected by using a questionnaire. Descriptive statistics used analyze data, involving frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation. result revealed that respondents tended have communication with foreign customers. They found low language proficiency is problem when communicated Most them interested attending particularly learning online. Speaking listening skills considered most important for these vendors. For course, they wanted emphasize speaking, listening, writing, reading, respectively. desired improve everyday life work.
