TFACR: A Novel Topology Control Algorithm for Improving 5G-based MANET Performance by Flexibly Adjusting the Coverage Radius

Topology control in next generation wireless networks has recently attracted the interest of several researchers. Network performance is significantly affected by topology. Therefore, creating an optimal topology essential. especially fifth-generation (5G) networks, where latency, throughput, energy efficiency, and other metrics are highly stringent. In this study, we investigated algorithms 5G-based mobile ad-hoc (MANET). A novel algorithm namely Topological Flexibly Adjusting Coverage Radius (TFACR) was proposed to improve network performance. The main idea TFACR adjust communication range flexibly obtain desired degree nodes. constraint neighboring nodes considered each time a node adjusts area ensure balancing throughout implemented on OMNET++ INET frameworks using Reinforcement Learning-based routing protocol (RLRP), Ad-hoc On-demand Distance Vector (AODV) Destination Sequenced (DSDV) protocols evaluate its simulation results proved that outperformed well-known terms average degree, quality transmission, consumption. This suitable for MANET.
