چکیده

Textile dyeing is a hazardous and toxic process. While traditionally it has been managed through effluent treatment, new approaches focused upon improving the process are gaining relevance. In this work, we sought to obtain, for first time, an eco-friendly chitosan-nanoparticle based textile method. To that end, yellow everzol navy blue itosperse loaded chitosan nanoparticles were produced their capacity dye textiles cytotoxicity towards human skin cells evaluated. The results obtained showed was possible obtain nanoencapsulated dyes ionic gelation with average entrapment efficacy above 90 %. Nanoparticles presented positive surface charge sizes between 190 800 nm NPs occurring via interactions while formed hydrogen bonds. Furthermore, no HaCat staining percentages reaching 17.60 % viscose/wool blend.

BSA nanoparticles loaded with IONPs for biomedical applications: fabrication optimization, physicochemical characterization and biocompatibility evaluation

Objective(s): Cancer diagnosis in its early stages of progress, can enhance the efficiency of treatment utilizing conventional therapy methods. Non-biocompatibility of iron oxide nanoparticles (IONPs) has made a big challenge against their usage as a contrast agent. Efficient coverage by biomolecules such as albumin can be a solution to overcome this problem. Herein, albumin-coated IONPs were p...

Synthesis, characterization, and textile application of novel disperse dyes

In this paper, two novel alkali clearable disperse dyes were synthesized. 4-flourosulfonyl aniline and 2-nitro-4-flourosulfonyl aniline were utilized as the diazo components and 2- naphthol as the coupling component. The DSC, FTIR, 1HNMR and UV-Vis analyses were used to characterize the synthesized intermediates and dyes. The synthesized dyes were used to dye polyester fibers and their dyeing p...
