Testicular torsion, time is of the essence: a case for testicular preservation

چکیده
Testicular torsion around the spermatic cord causes arterial and venous occlusion, which can lead to swelling, ischemia, eventually necrosis of testicle. It is a urologic emergency that requires time-dependent diagnosis prevent testicular loss. This case report an atypical presentation 15-year-old male with 5-day history torsion, resulted in preservation testes viability immediately after detorsion at 4-week follow-up.
