Aktivitas olahraga tidak dapat dilepaskan dari kontak fisik yang menyebabkan terjadinya cedera. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa resiko pasti diterima oleh pelaku adalah Dengan aktivitas sangat tinggi potensi cedera akan terjadi meskipun dilakukan dengan kehati-hatian dan kewaspadaan.
