چکیده
We investigate the relaxation dynamics of open non-integrable quantum many-body systems in thermodynamic limit by using a tensor-network formalism. simulate Lindblad master equation (LQME) infinite making use uniform matrix product operators (MPO) as ansatz their density matrices. Furthermore, we establish method to measure equivalence between two states described MPOs. numerically show that when an initial state LQME is thermal Gibbs state, time evolved always indistinguishable from with time-dependent effective temperature weak-dissipation and limit.

Adiabatic dynamics in open quantum critical many-body systems.
The purpose of this work is to understand the effect of an external environment on the adiabatic dynamics of a quantum critical system. By means of scaling arguments we derive a general expression for the density of excitations produced in the quench as a function of its velocity and of the temperature of the bath. We corroborate the scaling analysis by explicitly solving the case of a one-dime...
متن کاملTypical fast thermalization processes in closed many-body systems.
The lack of knowledge about the detailed many-particle motion on the microscopic scale is a key issue in any theoretical description of a macroscopic experiment. For systems at or close to thermal equilibrium, statistical mechanics provides a very successful general framework to cope with this problem. However, far from equilibrium, only very few quantitative and comparably universal results ar...
متن کاملThermalization in Many-Particle Quantum Walks
We present many-particle quantum walks on graphs. This study brings together the concepts of many-particles, multimode and indistinguishability to discrete quantum walks. Our scheme is independent of the topology of the graphs: linear, planar or spatial. We use the concepts of position field operators, adjacency matrix and the results of group theory to construct many particle systems on graphs...
متن کاملDensity matrix renormalization group approach for many-body open quantum systems.
The density matrix renormalization group (DMRG) approach is extended to complex-symmetric density matrices characteristic of many-body open quantum systems. Within the continuum shell model, we investigate the interplay between many-body configuration interaction and coupling to open channels in case of the unbound nucleus (7)He. It is shown that the extended DMRG procedure provides a highly ac...
متن کاملExploiting quantum parallelism to simulate quantum random many-body systems.
We present an algorithm that exploits quantum parallelism to simulate randomness in a quantum system. In our scheme, all possible realizations of the random parameters are encoded quantum mechanically in a superposition state of an auxiliary system. We show how our algorithm allows for the efficient simulation of dynamics of quantum random spin chains with known numerical methods. We propose an...
