چکیده
Abstract Following the circular economy concept, all areas of science, including electronics, require individual approach. The green electronics approach implies processing natural based materials for development electronic components even single use, so that waste does not exist. This paper describes production thermistors from 3 different types edible materials, their testing in laboratory conditions, as well application measuring temperature human oral cavity. To make thermistor, three were used (carrageenan, polyvinyl alcohol and apple pomace-based). After fabrication, poured into molds. Aluminium foil contacts placed electrical characterization could be performed. Several parameters measured: resistance (R), impedance (Z) phase angle (θ) a function frequency. In order to determine whether have positive or negative coefficient sensitivity, measurements conducted at temperatures: 25 ℃ (room temperature), 37 (human body 50 ℃. demonstrated behaviour. Additionally, it was pomace-based thermistor can successfully measure healthy volunteer's temperature. Graphical

Materials issues of SAW sensors for high-temperature applications
The technology of surface acoustic wave (SAW) devices allows the integration of signal processing and sensor functions within one product. In the past, SAW sensors have been operated at room temperature or 100 C–200 C at most. Material-related problems become obvious if one attempts to increase this operating temperature to a value as high as 1000 C. First experimental results will be presented...
متن کاملFormulation Development of Oral Mucoadhesive Coated Terbutaline Sulphate Tablets Using Some Natural Materials Extracted from Edible Fruits Available in India
Mucoadhesive polymers that bind to the gastric mucin or epithelial cell surface are useful in drug delivery for the purpose of increasing the intimacy and duration of contact of drug with the absorbing membrane. Several synthetic polymers are in use for this purpose. Since the biodegradability of the synthetic polymers are questionable, in this investigation, an oral mucoadhesive controll...
متن کاملPressure and Temperature Sensors Using Two Spin Crossover Materials
The possibility of a new design concept for dual spin crossover based sensors for concomitant detection of both temperature and pressure is presented. It is conjectured from numerical results obtained by mean field approximation applied to a Ising-like model that using two different spin crossover compounds containing switching molecules with weak elastic interactions it is possible to simultan...
متن کاملFiber-optic flow sensors for high-temperature environment operation up to 800°C.
This Letter presents an all-optical high-temperature flow sensor based on hot-wire anemometry. High-attenuation fibers (HAFs) were used as the heating elements. High-temperature-stable regenerated fiber Bragg gratings were inscribed in HAFs and in standard telecom fibers as temperature sensors. Using in-fiber light as both the heating power source and the interrogation light source, regenerativ...
