چکیده
El objetivo principal de esta investigación es estudiar y analizar la gestión tecnología innovación a través fabricación un disipador térmico para transistores potencia IGBT que se adapten convertidor CD/CD. Este trabajo consta cuatro etapas: planificación, diseño, modelado fabricación. Se asume producto innovador requiere garantizar satisfacción del cliente, ya definieron criterios funcionales (requisitos) como en disminuir temperatura menos 50 ° C, disipación calor realiza por convección natural o forzada. Criterios no funcionales, fácil transporte con peso inferior 2,5 kg. dimensiones inferiores 0,32 m largo, 0,217 ancho 0,09 cm alto. Además, el material acondicionado cobre aluminio uso ambos. Para lograrlo, utilizó metodología Pugh.
