Technology development and commercial applications of industrial fault diagnosis system: a review

چکیده
Abstract Machinery will fail due to complex and tough working conditions. It is necessary apply reliable monitoring technology ensure their safe operation. Condition-based maintenance (CBM) has attracted significant interest from the research community in recent years. This paper provides a review on CBM of industrial machineries. Firstly, development fault diagnosis systems introduced systematically. Then, main types data field are summarized. After that, commonly used techniques for signal processing, diagnosis, remaining useful life (RUL) prediction discussed, advantages disadvantages these existing explored some specific applications. Typical products developed by corporations universities surveyed. Lastly, discussions current developing situation possible future trends performed.
