Teachers’ Readiness and Supportive Environment Toward Better Research Productivity and Skills: Basis for a Policy Development on Research Program

The main problem of the study was to develop a standard school support program enhance implemented basic research at San Jose National High School. Specifically, determine teachers’ level readiness in research, extent do School Factors affect participation is perceived supportive environment competency teachers, Level Competency teachers conducting Research Writing skills teachers. It identified relationship between and conduct effect factors, factors affecting challenges productivity, whether significantly mediate teacher’s productivity skills. descriptive with researcher-made questionnaire as instrument study. administered 661 Division Pablo City for year 2022-2023. data collected were treated using mean scores, deviation, Pearson product moment correlation, simple regression, multiple regression analysis. Results show following findings: are all well equipped desired needed studies; school-related very important influencing teachers' engagement investigations; teacher's ability projects greatly influenced by their cognitive ability, school's assistance, principal's leadership skills, culture institution; well-versed each parts paper; related factors; significant skills; but does not productivity.
