Teachers’ individual characteristics and job satisfaction in Southern Papua

چکیده
This study aimed to examine the possible impact of individual characteristics teachers on their job satisfaction in elementary schools Southern Papua, Indonesia. To do so, two survey questionnaires were distributed 319 respondents. Employing SPSS software version 21, obtained data statistically analyzed using simple linear regression. Result analysis revealed a significant positive Papua. provides knowledge how school affect within real context Therefore, finding this may supposedly contribute body by providing valuable extension relevant studies other parts Indonesia as well countries.
