Teaching is a very stressful and demanding profession. Sources of chronic stress includes workload, parents administrators demands, role conflict, ambiguity which can escalate to level burnout like emotional exhaustion, depersonalization reduced personal achievement This study revisits explore analytical evidence from the public secondary school teachers take actions minimize its ill effect. was conducted six (6) big schools in Cagayan de Oro City. The respondents (n=297) were District 1 2 city. It employed combination quantitative qualitative design data collection. adapted Maslach Burnout Inventory -Educators Survey, Huk (2011) questionnaire on workload Moss (2015) conflict Focus Group Discussion. presentation analysis gathered used mean, frequency, standard deviation.
