This study aims to highlight the resilience and innovation of Taras Shevchenko National University Kyiv (KNU) in face internal external risks, particularly during times war political instability. KNU’s commitment advancing knowledge is evident through its successful maintenance educational, scientific, economic activities proactive measures counter propaganda misinformation. The university has prioritized psychological emotional support students staff minimized student losses by implementing flexible forms education individual counseling. KNU also strengthened international partnerships grant initiatives. Despite significant losses, maintained material technical infrastructure leveraging various funding sources developing a strategic trajectory toward an entrepreneurial model. objectives include transforming into core clusters, establishing risk management system, monitoring labor market. experience could provide valuable insights for other universities facing similar challenges, emphasizing importance effective management, crisis communication, academic community.
