چکیده

Mevcut çal??mada, ruminant hayvan beslemede kullan?lan, tanen içeren yem hammaddelerinin rasyonda kullan?lmas?ndan do?abilecek etkilerinin göz önüne al?nmas? ve buna göre rasyonlar?n?n düzenlenmesi amaçlanm??t?r. Bu amaçla, farkl? hammaddelerinde bulunan de?erleri belirtilerek, beslenme çal??malar?nda hayvanlar üzerindeki pozitif negatif etkileri ortaya konulmaya çal???lm??t?r. Hayvan besleme aç?s?ndan kullan?m durumu; hayvan?n türü, fizyolojik durumu, tanenin yap?s? miktar?na ba?l? olarak de?i?mektedir. Tanenler proteinlerle bile?ik olu?turarak, mikroorganizmalar?n proteinleri daha fazla parçalamas?n? önleyerek, protein sindirilebilirli?ini engelleyerek by bass gibi mideden sindirilmeden geçer. Böylece serbest kalan proteinler ince ba??rsakta sindirime tabi tutulur. Ruminant hayvanlarda metan gaz?n?n do?aya sal?n?m? yemle al?nan brüt enerjinin % 2-12 aral???nda kayb?na sebep olabilmektedir. kullan?m? ile çevreye sal?n?m?n?n buradaki enerji kay?plar?n?n azalt?lmas? da sa?lanabilir. Tehlikeli sera gaz? metan?n de son zamanlarda üzerinde durulan önemli bir konu kar??m?za ç?kmaktad?r. Biberiye, keçiboynuzu, asma yapra??, moringa me?e, sö?üt, akasya, baklagil a?aç yapraklar?, çay art?klar?, kay?n kavak bitkisel ürünlerde 1,38’den %50’ye kadar bulunabilmektedir. Farkl? literatürlerde oranlar? hakk?nda farkl?l?k sergilenmekte iken ruminantlarda %1-4 kuru maddede (KM), 20-45 g/gün oran?nda bulunmas? avantajlar sa?layabilece?inden kullan?lmas? önerilmektedir.
